Phillip J. Liederbach

Phillip J. Liederbach was born in 1959 in Cleveland, Ohio. He holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University and a graduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he studied under Thomas H. Beeby and Stanley Tigerman. Upon graduation in 1986 he worked for Hammond Beeby and Babka becoming an associate of the firm in 1989. Phil founded Liederbach & Graham Architects with partner R. Michael Graham in 1991.


Phil is on the Advisory Board of the David Adler Cultural Center and resides with his wife and two sons north of Chicago in Wilmette, Illinois.

R. Michael Graham

R. Michael Graham was born in 1959 in St. Louis, Missouri. He holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St Louis and a graduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Before attending graduate school, Michael worked in New York City with former I.M.Pei partner Araldo Cossutta and with real estate developer Eberhart Brothers. After studying under Thomas Beeby and Stanley Tigerman at UIC, he returned to New York in 1986 and worked with Lew Davis at Davis, Brody and Associates. Michael founded Liederbach & Graham Architects with partner Phillip J. Liederbach in 1991.


Michael lives with his family north of Chicago in Wilmette, Illinois and is the father of three beautiful girls: Katharine, Laura, and Sarah.
